One Day Preparing For Protest – Another Attending To Self & Community Care.
Join us Saturday from 2:30 to 5:30 at Tyson Park for an afternoon of community building and fun Sign Making. We’re bringing poster board, pens, tea, lemonade, and water… feel free to bring some food to share and we can make it a ‘snack-luck’! (There’s even a grill if you’re feeling spritely.)

Not the protesting type? No problem! We’d still love to see you. If you’re not attending on the 28th, we can give away your signs to another protestor who doesn’t have one so you can be there in spirit.
Solidarity Sunday is a monthly gathering where Indivisible Knoxville invites people from the community who are making a positive difference to the community through their contributions to speak and inspire…
This Saturday we have three VERY special guests, all local change makers and artists, James Taylor and Felecia Outsey w/ her son Dynamic Ray.

…. As well as a ‘wellness circle’. We are asking SO much of our members, teams, and volunteers – we need a space of support to keep it going. The wellness circle will allow all of us to safely discuss how we are coping, what we need, and to offer one another support. As individuals, each of our energies will ebb and flow through this ongoing battle. We each have different resources and strengths. This is a safe space to consolidate those resources and strengths for the wellness of all.

In grateful and graceful solidarity,
The Planning Team
